Range works well and appears well built. My two complaints are the ridiculously long oven preheat (30 min +). My old Kitchenaid Dual-Fuel was much faster. And there's no clock in the (tiny) display. These issues could be easily solvable with a software update. To preheat faster, turn on all heating elements at once. And having a clock displayed when not in use is easy to add.

The range is very nice, pretty, and seems to be built pretty well. A few good things: Oven heats up really fast, doesn't have a membrane style touch pad which usually fail due to getting too hot in self clean mode, you can leave the racks in during self clean. A few things that could improve: The app for phone control needs a lot of work and is a major pain to get working. And once you do, you have to do it multiple times as you find out that it sends you data to a dozen plus websites who now know what you are doing. Due to that, you want to make sure you sent it up on a guest wifi network and NOT your private home network if you plan on continuing to use it via wifi.Beware of that! Also, there are a few things that could improve the ovens firmware so you don't need to use the app at all as there are some settings you can't adjust via the front panel. Also, the oven display does not show actual temperature as much as it shows the set temperature. It does sometimes but once in a while I find my self wondering what the actual temp is. Also, the ball bearing racks are nice but actually move too easily. Be careful pushing a pumpkin pie in as the rack builds up speed quickly giving the pie filling enough momentum to slosh over the edge of the crust onto the floor of the oven! One more nice thing I almost forgot - the soft close oven door is great as well as the interior light which turns on when you open the door! Being dual fuel, be prepared to spend a full day hooking it up as there are both gas and cables which need to be routed carefully for it to sit close to the wall.

The range is a FOCAL point of our kitchen! Whenever people come in and see it they simply stop and stare and immediately ask about it. The ability to use a wok on the inverted grate is a game changer for my stir frys. Baking bread is simplified in the accurate oven.

I was very upset when I learned that a fan runs the entire time I am baking. Constant droning noises are not pleasant. I dread cooking the turkey on Thanksgiving and listening to it for 3.5 hours. The wifi feature is nice.

Overall, a very well thought-out appliance in its' price range. It is definitely well-constructed, all finishes are flawless, the oven racks that pull all the way out, continuous grates (that's a big issue for me), grates that flip over to hold a wok without a ringe, solid knobs and burners that light easily and of course, precision flame control, everything works like it should. My only beef is that it takes water quite a bit to boil, even on the one hottest burner. I don't do a ton of boiling, so for me it isn't a huge issue, but for the money it should boil faster. Overall, this is an awesome stove for half the price of other brands and I'm happy I splurged on it.

Best range we have ever owned! Control of stovetop burners is excellent. From quickly boiling a 16qt pot of pasta water to a low simmer on delicate sauces, the Monogram does it all. After making a minor adjustment to the internal oven temperature (as explained in the owner's manual) the oven heats to the temperature you set on the dial, whether it be 350 or 500! My wife's Cakes, Breads and Cookies have never come out better. Can't wait to try the Wok feature on the stovetop. The Monogram is an investment in a quality, professional level range.

The oven cooling fan is very loud. Turns on at 230 dgf and doesn't turn off for 45 min after baking is done. If I could return it I would. Also it does not have a clock. Really GE? this is a miss. I could not be more unimpressed with this high end oven and regret buying it.

Our complaints are: + the oven takes over half an hour to reach 400F preheat + a slight bump and the temperature knob will dial around 50 degrees or more without you noticing (this happens a lot for us and we™€™re not exceptionally clumsy) + there™€™s no way to set a timer to turn the oven on ahead of time, such as to be ready for an early morning bake The cooking function works well enough, but I wish we™€™d done more research on this model before paying so much for a ™€œluxury™€ item. Our much cheaper Bosch units in our last home had a fast/lightning preheat and also many timer functions to enable convenient planned cooking.

The oven cooks perfectly! The only issue I have, is that there is almost no difference between simmer and medium, until you get to medium. Makes it a little hard to figure out what temperature to cook on. Other than that, I have no complaints! Love my new dual fuel range!

New model is a replacement of a 20+ old Monogram range that had to be replaced because parts were no longer available for the oven elements. Shame on GE/Haier. The new model has the identical dimensions as the old so it fit right in place with no cabinet modifications. This model seems improved in many ways. I particularly like the very hot burner for my wok and boiling pasta water. It is much hotter than before. As in the earlier model the grates are well made and turn over to use with the wok. Broiler seems better than before. I've only used the oven a few times but it functions well.

The product has all the features anyone can ask for. The issue is the lack of quality control, for example, the rear vent must be removed to adjust the rear legs but the angle bent on the removal vent is not 90 degrees preventing it from being reinstalled. I had to hammer it back into place. The leg guard also has bending issues preventing the cover from dropping low enough to fit in place. The unit works well but the lack of attention to detail demonstrates poor workmanship

I am very pleased with the performance of the gas cooktop, and the oven is excellent, especially the air fry and convection. I really love the app which let's you control the appliance remotely.

After a long search, we chose the dual fuel monogram range. I™€™ve tried convection baking in other ovens and it was never even. I can bake cookies on multiple racks in the Monogram and they™€™re all perfection. We all love the connectivity and accuracy of the Monogram. Could not be happier with this purchase.

This range replaces my 12 year old Monogram. It's like a new beast: precise; tech savvy (I loved preheating my oven from the grocery store); shelves slide easily; new features such as a 'proofing' setting which I use for baking; etc.

I am so happy we went with this product. It looks so sharp, and is easy to keep clean. The pull out oven racks are very sturdy and slide easily. I was a little concerned that "simmer" wouldn't really work with a gas range, but that is not a problem at all! Cooks everything evenly. It didn't take much time at all to adjust from cooking on electric eyes to propane.

Monogram 30" Dual Fuel Range

Absolutely love my new range. Beautiful, easy to clean, excellent btu power in all burners from high to simmer, large capacity oven with extension racks, meat thermometer, oven cooking modes include air fry via mobile app. Only thing missing is a digital clock. It has timer just not a clock. No worries. I bought a small battery operated clock for my counter. Only problem was that I bought the range through Best Buy and their third party installer didn't show up for 2 scheduled appointments and when they did show up, they didn't read installation instructions. They didn't know how easy it is level, didn't know the LP Conversion kit was in the back panel, etcetera. Do yourself a favor read installation instructions or watch Monogram's YouTube installation video. You'll be glad you did.
